Fermented rice, also known as "sweet wine" or "rice wine," is a delicious, healthy, and centuries-old traditional Chinese delicacy.

Fermented rice is produced by steaming glutinous rice and then adding yeast for fermentation.

During the fermentation process, the starches in the rice are converted into sugars and alcohol, resulting in a sweet rice wine with a slight alcohol content.

Fermented Rice can be consumed directly or used as an ingredient in other dishes or desserts. It is often paired with red beans, mochi, and other ingredients to create delicious desserts
Fermented Rice Juice is the “essence version” of Fermented Rice, a pure liquid obtained by filtering out the rice grains.
Note: Fermented Rice and Fermented Rice Juice contain a small amount of alcohol.
