Ingredients:
- Frozen Tangyuan: Appropriate amount
- Jiuniang: 3 spoonfuls
- Dried Osmanthus: A pinch
- Rock Sugar: Appropriate amount
- Goji Berries: A few
Steps:
- Add water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add the frozen tangyuan; use the back of a spoon to gently push them to prevent sticking.
- Cook until the tangyuan all float to the surface, then turn to low heat and simmer for 1 minute.
- Add jiuniang, rock sugar, and goji berries. Simmer on low heat for 30 seconds, stirring until the rock sugar melts.
- Turn off the heat, serve in a bowl, and sprinkle with dried osmanthus. Enjoy.
Tips:
- Do not cook jiuniang for too long to avoid it becoming sour or losing its aroma.
- Cook on low heat throughout to prevent the tangyuan skin from breaking.
- Adjust the amount of rock sugar based on personal sweetness preference.
