Ingredients:

Steps:

  2. Spread the purple rice jiuniang on top and stir gently.
  3. Add a small amount of honey if you prefer it sweeter.
  4. Sprinkle with nuts or oats and serve.

Tips:

  • It tastes more like a dessert after being chilled; refreshing and helps digestion.
  • Do not heat the jiuniang; mixing it directly with yogurt is most fragrant.
